Mayfair is a wonderful and progressive neighborhood, just a few miles east of downtown Denver. The neighborhood is predominantly made up of all brick Tudor and Mid-century Ranch style homes, though you will see some Bungalows and Moderns in the neighborhood too. Mayfair has 2 lush parks, a nice small strip mall with locally-owned businesses. The best thing about Mayfair are the very friendly people who live there!

Mayfair’s boundaries (which include a less known neighborhood called ‘Hale’, are Monaco Pkwy to the east, Colfax Ave., to the north, 6th Ave. to the south and Colorado Blvd. to the west.
