This week, we toured 4 homes in the City Park neighborhood and 3 homes in the Whittier neighborhood. What wonderful homes! It would be hard to pick a favorite… We looked at homes in the $300,000-$500,000 range. They were all either story and a half or full 2-stories. Great remodeled homes with convenient access to the wonderful City Park, City Park Golf Course, Denver Zoo, Imax, downtown, lots of restaurants close-by and just really nice beautiful old character and charm in each and every home we toured.
